Rough Cut of Ad Feedback "Can't tell what the product is for, needs logo." "Shots can be tightened for a faster flow." "Sound effects should be louder." Self-Reflection As a whole, the commercial is pretty good. We have some clips to tighten up to make sure it's still snappy and interesting for viewers, which can be adjusted easily. It doesn't look like any clips need to be reshot, so we can concentrate on making sure the edit is the best that it can be. To-Do List Spend more time on color grading and audio Increase volume of sound effects Tighten shots Include logo and tagline

Pickups/Reshoots Nothing needed to be reshot. Everything was completed and used on the day of filming. What changed from the Plan? We ended up not being able to source a horse. We excluded this scene from filming and replaced it with an alternate shot. Risk - could not shoot at night for fight scene. We used the garage instead. Added post effects including whip pans and zooms

Production Log! What was shot today: Everything! Behind the Scenes Filming the dolly shot of Ellis running. This was not a safe rig Ava kept falling. Filming the bathroom shot. Camera set up on tripod with natural lighting from the bathroom lights. Problems/Solutions 1. The dolly simulation did not work. Ava kept falling off the skateboard. We substituted this shot with a tracking shot from a different angle. 2. Light was too dark in the bedroom. Used a puck light and adjusted white balance to create a warmer picture and lightened Ellis's face. 3. We could not source a horse in time. Substituted this shot with Ellis running in a field.

Permissions Filming was done entirely at Ava's house, therefore no locations/model permissions were needed. Risks Skateboard dolly will be dangerous, have someone holding onto photographer's back Fog machine will set the smoke alarms off, cover them with plastic bags Few lights throughout the house; bring GVM light kit w/ lightstands to simulate Production Call Sheet
